The chocolates we create here at the Adirondack Truffle Company are made with great care from the finest ingredients.
Each truffle is hand rolled with silken ganache centers made from an exquisite fusion of chocolate, liqueur, butter and cream. Then, at the right time, we hand dip each one in a blend of premium bittersweet or creamy milk chocolate.
We take joy in our chocolate creations, thinking of new flavors and watching our customers experience the end result -- which is heavenly, some say. |

With the same jubilance, we create tiger-striped almond and cranberry bark, pretzels hand dipped in chocolate, and a wide assortment of nuts, chews and mints covered in the very best milk, dark and ivory chocolate.
